The Easiest Way to Have Soft and Smooth Feet! Here Are Those Methods No One Knows

With the arrival of the summer season, the temperatures are constantly increasing. Sunny days are getting more frequent and we are starting to explore ourselves more. Short-sleeved T-shirts are replacing sweaters, and we'll soon be showing off our first sandals. It may seem insignificant, but they must always be well-groomed and perfect to show our feet. Beyond the polish, it is important that our feet are soft and smooth so that they do not disturb us.

Foot care often starts at home because there is so much we can do to fit them into open shoes. Today, we will explain some simple tricks to have enviable feet using natural products found in every home. In this way, we will be able to get rid of chapped and dry skin easily and economically.

HAVE SOFT AND SMOOTH FEET
We can start by trying to soften the skin of our feet. To do this, we can take a foot bath using products already in the pantry. Let's start with chamomile: This natural product can soothe tired feet as well as naturally soften the skin. We boil some water and brew 3 bags of chamomile or its flowers directly. Let it brew until the water is still warm and transfer it to a bowl. Let's dip our feet in for about 20 minutes and we will immediately see the difference. Another surprising ingredient for softening feet is rice cooking water. This product has soothing and emollient properties and can also relieve dry and sore feet. Finally, a foot bath with water, white vinegar and carbonated water removes dead cells and ensures that we have soft and odorless feet.

APPLICATION OF FOOT BATH
To combat the thickening of the skin, which is usually seen on all heels, it may be useful to make a scrub after a foot bath. We can do this in several ways and the first involves using aloe leaves and sugar. Cut with a knife, remove the gel and rub 2 tablespoons of sugar on the leaf. Let's also rub it on the heels and under the toes to remove dry skin. Another useful method is to mix one teaspoon of coarse salt with 10 drops of lavender essential oil. To remove dead skin, we apply this fragrant medicine to sore heels and dry feet by massaging. Alternatively, we combine coconut oil or honey with brown sugar to create a gentle yet perfect scrub.

MOISTURIZING THE SKIN
It is important to moisturize the skin well to have soft and smooth feet. You can make your own cream by mixing a tablespoon of sesame oil with a few drops of lemon juice. If we do not have sesame oil, ordinary olive oil, which in itself is very moisturizing, will be perfect. Before going to sleep, we massage your feet with this solution because it will make your feet soft and silky again and get them ready for summer immediately.
