SLEEPING ON THE BACK
Do you sleep on your back? Then you are in luck because this is the healthiest position to sleep! Sleeping on your back is good for your spine because it will line up nicely. This position causes very little tension on the muscles in your back and neck. Moreover, this position is best for your skin. Wrinkles and spots do not form on your face as fast as those who sleep on their side or face down. This position is also good for women because sleeping on your back will prevent chest wrinkles and saggy breasts. The only downside is that it makes snoring worse.


SLEEPING ON SIDE
Are you one of those who sleep on their side? Then you are definitely not the only one because this is the most common sleeping position. You may develop pain in your arms and legs when you lie on your side because you are constantly lying on one side. Lying on your right side is also disadvantageous for digestion and heartburn. The upside: sleeping on your side improves blood circulation and reduces snoring.

SLEEPING FACELY

We have bad news for the face sleepers. This position is the most unhealthy. You develop neck complaints and back problems because your head is completely spinning. Your spine should take an awkward position, causing you to sway and turn more. Because of this, your sleep will be more fragmented. Also, if you try to sleep on a full stomach, it will not be pleasant! It still reduces snoring.
