These Methods Will Remedy Your Sweaty And Smelly Feet!

Here's The Miraculous Concoction For Your Feet

Sweaty feet can be really embarrassing. When the weather is hot and you know that your feet will smell and sweat, taking off your shoes in front of others can be something you definitely don't expect. So what can you do at home for your sweaty feet?

Nobody likes smelly, sweaty feet. Most people probably won't judge you because your feet smell, but it can take a toll on your self-confidence. Fortunately, we have a bunch of tips that can help you avoid sweaty feet in the first place or get rid of smelly feet.

Sweaty feet can be easily prevented or corrected. Here are some great tips!

1. SOCKS
Want to prevent your feet from smelling? Then you have to make sure you're wearing the right socks for the right season and activity. When it's hot outside, it's best to wear cotton socks as they provide proper ventilation. If your feet get cold quickly in winter, you can wear wool socks. Do not wear nylon stockings; these can trap moisture and actually cause your feet to sweat more quickly. You can also choose to wear sports socks or other moisture-wicking socks.

2. ANTI-PERspiration
Did you know that your feet actually contain more sweat glands than any other part of your body? So why not spray them with deodorant to keep them from sweating, right? After all, that's what we do with our armpits. Use an antiperspirant deodorant and spray it on your dry feet before going to bed. Rinse in the morning. Do this three or four days in a row and then cycle once or twice a week.

3. HYDRATION
Drinking water can actually help prevent your feet from sweating. Making sure you're drinking properly will help regulate your body temperature, which means you're less likely to start sweating profusely.

4. SUITABLE SHOES
Just like with your socks, it's important to make sure you're wearing the right shoes. When it's hot outside, it's best to choose a pair of shoes made of a breathable fabric such as leather or canvas. Materials like patent or plastic will trap sweat inside the shoe as there is no proper airflow, so you want to avoid these. Another tip: always make sure your shoes are the right size. Wearing shoes that are too small causes the feet to sweat much more quickly.

5. LISTERIN FOOT BATH
What you need:

    Listerine
    Vinegar
    this

Take a glass of Listerine, a glass of vinegar and a glass of warm water and mix them in a tub. Put your feet in the tub and soak in it for 15 minutes. Listerine will kill all the bacteria on your feet, which will make them smell fresher. Vinegar also works as a bactericide: bacteria don't like the acidity of vinegar. Added bonus: The ingredients in this foot bath cause the pores on your feet to shrink, which means your feet won't sweat easily. In addition, you will have beautiful and soft feet as the dead skin cells on your feet will be cleaned.

6. BLACK TEA FOOT BATH
What you need:
    2 tea bags (black tea)
    1 liter of water
    a pot
    a tub
    soap
    towel

Put a quart of water in a large pot and add the tea bags. Bring the water to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool for 15 minutes. Wash your feet with soap and water and dry them thoroughly with a clean towel. Remove the tea bags from the water and pour the water into a tub. Soak your feet in this foot bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove them again and pat dry with a dry clean towel. Repeat this process twice a day and you will notice that your sweaty feet are a thing of the past!
