Time savings! Make your own shampoo at home using coconut oil! Keep your money in your pocket!

Coconut oil, which does not end with counting benefits, also has great benefits for hair. Did you know that you can easily make your own shampoo at home without paying for various hair care products that are necessary for your hair care?

You often hear about the benefits of coconut oil for hair health. This oil can easily penetrate the hair and help prevent protein loss. This oil, which contains saturated fat, iron and vitamin K, contains vitamin E, which helps hair grow faster. It is claimed to moisturize the scalp, nourish the hair, kill bacteria such as dandruff and fungus, and accelerate blood circulation. Here are shampoo recipes that you can easily make at home using coconut oil.

COCONUT AND HONEY SHAMPOO
Liquid soap isn't much better than store-bought, chemical-laden shampoos, even if you make your own shampoo with coconut oil. This is because the pH of the soap is quite high and therefore still quite harmful to the hair. You can use the following recipe to make a more balanced shampoo.

what you need
    1 cup of coconut oil
1 cup of aloe vera gel
    ¼ cup of water
    2 tablespoons of raw honey
    1 teaspoon lavender essential oil
    1 teaspoon rosemary essential oil
½ cup liquid castile soap (you can also skip this if you have trouble with a non-lathering shampoo)
1 teaspoon avocado oil (use if you have dry hair)

How is it done?
Gently stir the honey in the warm water until it is evenly mixed.
Add other ingredients except soap and mix well.
Mix the soap, but don't make too much as this will create unnecessary suds.
Pour this into a squeeze bottle and store in the freezer.
Shake the shampoo well before using as the ingredients separate, which is normal. The shampoo will last 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator, so keep it in several small bottles. When you use a bottle, store it in the refrigerator and store the rest in the freezer.

COCONUT OIL SHAMPOO FOR DANDRUFF
Coconut oil can penetrate the hair shaft and break down the fungus, preventing dandruff. Coconut oil has antimicrobial and antifungal properties that can help keep fungal infections and dandruff at bay. The key to getting rid of dandruff is to soothe the scalp using essential oils.

what you need
    ½ cup of coconut milk
    1 cup of liquid soap
    ½ cup of glycerin
    4 teaspoons of coconut oil
    10 drops of essential oil

How is it done?
Combine coconut oil and glycerin in one bowl and soap and milk in another.
Slowly drip the oil mixture in the soap and milk mixture. Stir to mix well.
Add the essential oil and store it in a shampoo bottle.

Again, like the coconut and honey shampoo, this one is a departure from sitting for long periods of time. Shake before use. You can omit the glycerin in the recipe, but it gives the shampoo a thicker consistency. It also makes hair much softer. However, you can skip it if it makes your hair sticky.
