1. Stay hungry for a long time

Increasing the amount of tea or coffee when you do not drink the amount of water you need each day is one of the factors that dehydrate the body, slow the metabolism and cause bloating.

4. Do not eat fruit as it contains sugar.
Fruits contain a lot of sugar. However, when eaten in moderation, it provides the necessary carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals throughout the day. In addition, due to the high antioxidant content in the fruit, it accelerates the metabolism and takes a protective position against diseases. Eating fruit during the day or right after the main meal does not cause weight gain. Eating too much fruit day or night can cause weight gain.

5.Try to lose weight by eating only vegetables and fruits.
Eating enough animal protein does not allow the insufficient production or activity of hormones and enzymes that have the same protein structure as insulin. Vegetable protein obtained from vegetables and fruits does not benefit the body in the same way as the proteins in animal foods. A diet rich in vegetables and fruits should be used in conjunction with other food groups.

It is better to add lemon and vinegar to salads than to mix them with water.

9.Don't use any oil in food
Most of the cell membranes and hormones are made up of fat. In order for the cells and therefore the body functions to function properly, quality fats must be present in the diet. Eating a low-fat diet and not getting enough fat slows your metabolism and makes it difficult to lose weight. Eating a lean salad prevents the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), which reduces vitamin and mineral intake during dieting. It is recommended to consume oil seeds such as walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds in order to obtain the necessary oils for the body. In addition, eating enough fat increases satiety.
