You don't have to go to the doctor to get rid of callus trouble!

You can say goodbye to calluses with this practical method at home

Calluses can form on different parts of the body in most people, regardless of whether they are men or women. Calluses are among the diseases that usually occur in the foot and reduce the quality of life. So, how does it go away with natural methods at home without the need for drugs?

Calluses are caused by repeated pressure on a point of your skin. Extra layers of skin grow over the affected area until a harder, raised bump appears. Your body does this to protect your skin from exposure to irritants or from breakage. Calluses usually don't hurt and are mostly found on your heels, palms, toes, and knees. Wearing tight shoes, walking barefoot, playing an instrument, and working with your hands are common causes of calluses.

Calluses do not indicate a medical problem and are not a reason to seek emergency care. If you want to get rid of your calluses because you don't like the way they look, there are some natural remedies you can try at home

TREATMENTS AND REMEDIES FOR CALLS

- WARM WATER
You may want to soak the callused area in warm water for 20 minutes before trying anything else. After drying your skin with a towel, see if you can gently rub a layer of callus with just your finger. Over several soaking sessions, you can completely remove calluses one layer at a time.

- MEDICINE-FREE CALLS PADS
Callus pads made of felt, silicone and a soft adhesive can be applied to the affected area and worn under socks, shoes, gloves or shirts. These pads will prevent your callus from getting irritated while it heals.

- APPLE VINEGAR
The acid content in apple cider vinegar can soften the hard skin of calluses. Mix a solution of four parts water and one part apple cider vinegar and soak your calluses for about 20 minutes. When you remove your skin from this soak, you can better peel off a layer or two of the callus. Don't pull too hard and try to be patient. Breaking the skin around or above the callus can cause an infection.

- INDIAN OIL
Castor oil makes a natural skin lubricant on calluses. This can be helpful when trying to condition your skin to remove a callus. Soaking your callus in a mixture of 5 tablespoons of castor oil and warm water will be enough to both lubricate the hard skin and soothe the affected area.

- PUMICE STONE
A pumice stone can be especially useful if you have hard-to-see calluses under your feet or on your elbows. After wetting your callus well, apply the pressure of the pumice stone to your callus and rub it in circular motions. Do not try to remove all calluses at once. The idea is to rub the skin over several applications of this remedy.
