A study conducted in the USA revealed remarkable coffee consumption and daily habits.
Research published in the New England Journal of Medicine revealed that individuals who drank as much coffee as they wanted took 1,000 steps more than those who limited their coffee consumption. In the study, it was also recorded that coffee drinkers slept less.
It was also stated that people who limit their coffee consumption sleep 30 minutes more on average than people who drink coffee. “There is evidence that coffee improves physical performance,” said Gregory Marcus, who was involved in the research. "You've probably heard people say they perform better after drinking coffee."
Marcus said that the mechanism of coffee is not yet known.
