If we know that our face does not like them, we go back to the same routine, even if it starts to get red and hurt. But what if you can remove facial hair at home? With natural remedies? While these don't give immediate results, they can promise you a painless procedure without harming your skin. However, you should not use any ingredient if you are allergic to it.

Caution: It is recommended to do a patch test before applying anything to your skin. You will be surprised to learn that there are many natural remedies for facial hair removal .

1. SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE
Sugar has been used since ancient times to remove unwanted hair. Hot sugar sticks to the hair, not the skin. In other words, when we start to remove it from our face after it dries, it breaks the hairs. Also, the sugar is only slightly heated for application. Therefore, it causes less discomfort, unlike wax, which must be heated to much higher temperatures. The lemon in the mixture will lighten the skin tone and whiten the remaining hairs, if any.

What do you need?
    2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
8-9 teaspoons of water or enough to form a granular paste

Fabrication
Mix sugar, lemon juice and water. Sugar particles act as an exfoliating agent.
    Warm the mixture.
Allow it to cool slightly and apply to the affected areas in the direction of hair growth.
    Let it dry.
Keep it on for about 20 minutes.
Wash with cold water by rubbing in circular motions .

How Often Should You Do This?
Try to follow this three times a week. You will start to see results after a few weeks. Those with dry skin should avoid holding it for more than 20 minutes.

Caution: Be careful not to overheat, or you may get scalded. Also, do not keep it for more than 30 minutes as the citric acid in lemon juice can dry out and flake your skin.

2. LEMON AND HONEY
The process is similar to general waxing, but as you know it uses natural ingredients that are far better for your skin than their chemical counterparts.

What do you need?
    2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon of organic honey
1 to 2 teaspoons cornstarch or all-purpose flour
    water, if needed
A wax strip or a piece of cloth

Fabrication
Mix sugar, lemon juice and honey.
Heat the mixture for about 3 minutes until it becomes a waxy paste.
You can add water to thin the paste. Make sure the paste is smooth.
    Allow the mixture to cool.
Apply cornstarch or flour to areas of unwanted hair.
Then, spread the paste in the direction of hair growth.
Pull the hair in the opposite direction using a wax strip or rag.
